Unknown Channel Balance

Thanks for posting. Please confirm that the metal channel, not including the end attachments, is 20". If so, see our S380-20 or S385-20. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.

Once you know what balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. I can't quite make out the stamp code in your picture: does it say 19 9? If so, this is from an older rating system we do not use. You will need to weigh your window sash. You can then match that precise weight with one of the weight ranges listed for each stamp option on the product page.
