The attached picture came from vinyl window that's around 15 years old.

It's hard to say what will work. Looks like the pivot shoe is the only part that's broken, so you could probably get away with just replacing that. However, I can't make out what it is by only seeing a damaged part. Could our 15-199 be a match? Look it over and let me know what you think.
