Unknown Tilt Latch Part Hardware

Hello!

I have a series of old tilt-latch windows that have had most of their internal hardware broken, but I don't want to replace the window, so I was hoping you could point me to the hardware I can use to replace it.

I know I'm going to need an external tilt latch replacement because they don't make the internals anymore, but I also need new pivot shoes and coil balancers.

I was unable to remove a version of the coil balance-pivot shoe assembly, so I gave photos of the broken assembly I was able to remove and the one intact one in the window.
