Unknown Vinyl Window Balancer

Question

I have a customer with a vinyl window i cant identify that need new balances. Please let me know if you can identify the brand or parts. Sorry for the limited pictures I thought it would be easier to find. If it help identify it the lift handle of the window is actually molded into the glass stop on the window.Tilt Sash Single Hung short balances are 17C Long are 28D

It's ok. These pictures will work just fine. Please take a look at our 15-129 pivot shoe. Confirm your measurements are compatible with ours. For your balance, see both our S770-17 with a 17C option and S770-28 with a 28D option. These should work in place of your existing parts.
