Unknown spring assembly

Thanks for reaching out to us. Looks like you need a new coil balance assembly. We sell the components individually. See our 15-199 pivot shoe, as well as either our 3/8" Series 165 or the 1/2" Series 160. You'll have to measure your old spring to verify the better option.

As for the cover, that will depend on what size spring you have, so that should be the first thing you check. If you tell me the size of the spring and how many are used on each side, I can tell you the appropriate cover.
