Up down window part

Not sure what these are called but I have a few broken ones in my window. They are 20 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and there is a number 19 D stamped on the side

Thanks for posting. This appears to be either an S380-20 or S385-20. The only difference between these two balances. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 1940.

Hi thank you so much. The 1940 appears to be out of stock. Would the 1930 or 1950 work or should I wait for the 1940 to come back? I believe that's the spring strength rating, yes?

We always strongly advise sticking with the original stamp wherever possible. Otherwise the windows will prove to be too difficult to either open or close, depending on if the stamp chosen is too weak or too strong. You always want to be within the correct weight range. If you sign up for auto-notification, we will let you know as soon as the S380-20 or S385-20 are again available. Many thanks.

Hi thank you so much. I guess new ones came in, because when I went to set up notifications it just let me go through with the order. I'm excited to have some properly functioning windows and I'm glad there's a company out there that has the parts and service if(when) I need something else. Really appreciate it
