Thanks for posting. Looks like you have a coil balance. I recommend our 15-177 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil spring. You should be able to reuse anything that isn't broken.
I'm afraid I can't call you, Jeff. We can only identify products right here. I'd be happy to ID your pivot bars for you, but I'll need to see a photo of them to determine what you have.

That's certainly one possibility, but there are about a dozen others. If you think the 26-226 is promising then you'll need to compare our dimensions to your original pivot bar to confirm.
The 26-226 looks very similar, but like I said before you need to compare your dimensions to ours to confirm if they match. The hole placement is pretty important and that's not something we can eyeball, unfortunately. You need to look at our dimensions then measure your pin accordingly to confirm that everything lines up. I'll also post the dimensions here for your convenience.
