Upper sash, pivot bar housing

I'm looking for a replacement for the plastic housing piece with tabs for this pivot bar. Thanks!

We don't sell this exact pivot bar housing, unfortunately. I would say that the closest match we have is our 26-399, along with our 26-040 bar (sold separately), but these parts are still very different and I cannot guarantee that they'll work.
