i AM TRYING TO REPLACE (4) VIKING SINGLE HUNG BALANCERS. pLASTIC AT ON END HAS BROKEN OFF. LENGTH IS 29 INCHES. CODE ON TUBE IS 3830 F.

Most Viking windows use Series 395 balances, which can be distinguished by their 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom fitting. Please compare those attachments to the attachments on an unbroken balance. If it matches, order the S395-29 side-load balance with a spring weight of 2830.
