Before I purchase on your site, is 82-265 the correct replacement lock for this, top to bottom are 11" on the screws? I think the internal lock is broke. If I were to buy a replacement handle as well, what handle w/lock will be compatible as well? The latch seems loose and I took off and do not see anywhere to adjust and figured I would replace both lock and handle. Thank You

Hello there!
The 82-265 indeed resembles what you have here. Your old handle set looks like the 82-089 which is compatible with this lock. You should be good to go if the specifications align!
