Greetings,

I think I need 400 Spiral Balance Product Code S400-27, but hope you can confirm.

Tube length is 27"
Tip is red
Diameter is 3/8

I agree, Paul, our S400-27 looks like a good match. I would just confirm all your dimensions just in case.
