Vertical Sliding Window Hardware

Quick Learner from Kirkland, WA
Hello,
I have several vertical sliding windows with failed tension spring that won't stay open. I removed the windows and found flat springs and window shoes broken.
The windows are single hung with total height of 70" (2x35") and 35" width. The window channel where spring is located has 3/4" opening width and 1/2" depth.
I have attached pictures from the window shoe, failed spring and good spring.
I cannot find window manufacture and would like to buy all hardware parts for these windows. Let me know if you need other information or pictures.
Thank you.

Hello,

I can't be sure without seeing an undamaged assembly removed from the window but what I can make out reminds me of the S140 coil balance. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours. You may need the S140-12 based on the 6+6 stamp on your cover but I would recommend weighing your sash to confirm that it falls within the 23-24.99 lbs. range that these balances support. Thank you.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I weighed the sliding section, and it weighs 36.8 lbs. I also added a few more pictures including the top corner locks that I need to replace.
Thank you.

In that case, see the S140-18 coil balances that will support a sash between 35-36.99 lbs. I would still recommend removing yours from the window to ensure that the dimensions match our product image.

You can also start by comparing the specifications of our 26-243 and 26-244 to your tilt latch.
