Hi there Steven.
Thank you for waiting during this busy season. Your old pivot shoe is no longer available but you can use the 15-177 to replace it. You can also use one S152-9 9-pound coil spring on each side of the window, totaling 18 pounds of overall support. For new coil supports, see the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 support barrel. We also sell the 26-226 pivot bar.
The 58-171 and 58-182 are T-slot foam-filled seals but you'll have to review the specifications to see if one of them matches what you need.
