Hello, I'm looking to replace the channel balances in a Viking window I have. Looks like the part number is 2040 FD. It looks like the metal part is 21" long. If you measure the whole piece, including the plastic parts on the ends, it is 22-1/16" long.
Let me know if you have the part. I would get two, one for each side of the window.

Thanks for posting! Your balances look a like our S380-21 with a 1" shoe or our S385-21 with a 1-3/32" shoe.
To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. If it is 7/8", please let me know.
Once you've confirmed the series you need and you are ready to place your order, you'll need to select the 2040 option from the list of stamp options.
