Viking ballast springs

Question

Viking/ aluminum clad single hung sash windows, need ballast springs 1/2" diameter 10 1/2" total length, stamp on track is 2230 and B.S.I. need 10 of these springs.

I am afraid your photo did not come thru. However, I believe we can still shed some light on this situation. We have known most Viking windows to use our Series 395 channel balance. This includes a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. Look it over to see if your balance looks like ours. If so, then the S395-23 channel balance with a 2230 option would be the balance for you.
