Viking double hung tilt latch and locking pivot bar

Question

Window lock says "Viking", however no sign of model # anywhere. Double hung, double pane, vinyl window. Has 2 broken tilt latches on lower pane, two missing completely on upper pane. Also missing one of the metal pivot bars at the bottom which attach the bottom into the spring balance.
