Viking single hung window balance replacement

Hi, I'm Looking to find replacement risers for an old Viking single-hung window. The aluminum measurement is 17". The photos are attached. It is hard to show them attached to the window because they are falling apart, so I included frame pictures. Let me know if there is anything else I can include to identify the part. Thanks for posting! Your channel balances appear to be the S395-17, assembled with a winged top and a wingless bottom shoe. To select the stamp option for your balance, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the metal channel. If there are none, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. There is a chart below the product description for the balance that lists the weight range each stamp can support.

To replace the metal clip, you'll need either the 16-002 Take Out Clip or the 16-034 Large Take Out Clip. Take a look over their dimensions to confirm which of these is the right fit.
