Viking vinyl single hung sash balances

Home Owner from Reno, Nevada

Having issues with some of the sash balances in my Viking single hung windows. The pulley wheels at the base are cracking and failing. So I plan to replace them all. They were purchased around 2001. In 2003 I needed to replace a couple of the balances. Picture of tag is attached. They call them a series - 150 sash balance. I would need (6) 2330, (2) 2320 and (2) 2030. These are the numbers stamped on the existing balances. Sashes for the 2330 weigh 16#, sashes for the 2320 weigh 14# and sashes for the 2030 weigh 14#. I did not see these types of model numbers on your site. What are the corresponding model numbers I would need from you? Please advise. Thanks

I'm afraid I can't say for sure which of our Series balances match yours. Many Viking windows use our Series 395 channel balance. Could that be what you need? Carefully look it over and tell me what you think.

Thanks Tom.
I was hoping there was some sort of cross reference from a Viking series 150. Was not sure if your series 395, 390 or 385 or even 351 was the correct replacement. Appears to me the difference is the top piece and the shoe piece that are what is going to be the deciding items.
Will investigate closer to see what I can establish.

I'm afraid we have no direct cross reference. Viking has used many different kinds of balances. The only way to be 100% sure is to carefully compare the pictures and dimensions of our balances and the hardware they come with to your own measurements.
