Viking window balance replacements

I need to order four 29 " x 1/2" channel balances for my non tilt 1980's viking aluminum windows, but I don't know which one to order, 380 or 383. I also need four top sash guides. I ordered a sash guide from you a year ago, but it was the wrong size. I'm attaching pictures, but the shoe and balance are both broken in the pictures I am sending.
