Viking window sash guides

Handy Person from Ashland, OR
Hi - I'm reconditioning a bunch of old Viking windows. I've already identified the channel balances:
29" SERIES 395 CHANNEL BALANCE, #2840

But, most of the sash guides are broken. I've attached photos of one of the remaining ones. I think this is the right replacement:
5/8" TOP SASH GUIDE, Product Code: 18-009

Does that look right to you? If not, then what is?

Also, is any type of lubrication recommended for the window tracks?

Thanks!

Thanks for posting! I agree, the 18-009 is close, but it really comes down to the measurements. Carefully go over the finer dimensions we show for the 18-009 to confirm that everything lines up.

As for lubrication, we recommend white grease. We like this better than oil since it doesn't attract dirt or debris.

I am looking for a replacement sash for at least one viking window. The glass is good. The top exterior frame of the sliding sash is broken or missing and allowing water to get in and mold. Can you help direct me on where I could purchase this?

Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement sashes of any kind. My recommendation is to contact the original maker of the window for assistance.

I can't seem to find contact info for my window manufacturer to find a replacement sash. They are made by Viking. Probably when the house was built in 93

I'm sorry to hear that. We do not have direct contact information for Viking but a local sash fabricator may be able to help.
