We are missing a small "hook" like piece on the rails of our Viking windows. Do you have a suggestion of a part?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't recommend replacing the balance hook, I'm afraid. We can help identify what you have here but we will need to see a photo of the top fitting to narrow down your options.

This is perfect. Thank you, Jim! My recommendation is the Series 395. This looks like a great match for your hardware but take a look and see what you think. You will also need to refer to the stamp printed on the metal channel to determine what spring strength option is needed.
