I am in need of the part that connects to the springs in the sash and moves up and down with the window. There are two for the lower window

Would you happen to know if there is an install video to go with it? I had to pry the channel to get the old one out and don't want to distort the cannel any more

Unfortunately, we do not have installation instructions for these shoes. I have limited experience with them myself, since they're not so common anymore, but I believe it's necessary to remove the jamb liner from the frame so that you can slide them out from the end. It's not always easy, depending on exactly how the jamb liner is installed. Some windows make it harder than others, especially the older ones, but it generally tends to vary.
