I think this Swisco part is the correct one I'm looking for. Can someone just double check and make sure for me?

Here are the markings I can see on it: Patent# 6,378,169 8R

Hello! It's tough to say while only seeing the back side of the pivot shoe, but the overall design is very similar to our Series 140. As long as your specifications match those we show on the S140-8 store page then you should be good to go.

Here are pics of the Shoe - it looks like it's recessed into the balance... I'm not sure if it's broken or supposed to be like that.

Perfect, thank you! Yes, these are a huge help. I feel very confident now that our Series 140 coil balance is what you want to repair this window.
