Thanks for posting! The pivot shoe you need is likely our 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. However, to ensure the that it is a fit, please verify the dimensions using the diagram provided. The matching clip is the 15-181 Double Detent Support Clip, used along with the 15-182 Balance Bushing.

This hardware is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance. Once yours appears to be stamped with either a 6 or a 9. Unfortunately, I would not be able to confirm which of those you need, with certainty. To ensure you are purchasing the correct coil replacement, I would suggest obtain the exact weight of your sash and dividing that by the total number of coils in the window (in your case, four).

Then on the list of balances the first number after the 190 will be the weight you'd need to select.

(For example, if your window ends up weighing 24lbs, you'd need (4) 6lb coils. So you would need the S190-640.)
