Vinyl Window Pivot Bar and Shoe

A handy person from Warrington Pennsylvania says:

Hello I am in need of replacement parts for 15 vinyl windows which are the originals from 25 years ago. I would like to replace the cylinder screw mechanisms on all, but will also need to replace the connection pieces at the bottoms of each window. This part has suffered breakdown due to rust and has rendered several inoperable. My number is 215 264 2911. Please give me a call. Thanks. Paul

Thanks for writing in. This looks like our 26-330 Pivot Bar Housing, which is used with the 26-040 Pivot Bar. Look them over and see if you agree. For your pivot shoe, we'll need to see it out of the window, and you'll need to measure the width and thickness of the shoe. If you need to replace the spiral balance, we will need the length and diameter of the outer tube, not including the colored tip. Many thanks.
