Vinyl Window Pivot Shoe

I amy trying to verify if you have this type of plastic pivot shoe for use in a viny window? The pictures don't show, but the depth (thickness) of this part is 1/2". It is actually a 3-part assembly (may be hard to tell by the photos), but would likely be sold as a single piece.

The top edge of this pivot shoe actually hooks onto the bottom the balance channel preventing it from sliding up due to the force of the spring.
