Vinyl Window Sash Tile

A home owner from Mentor, Ohio 44060 says:

These windows are over 20 years old and were purchased from a local company in Cleveland, Oh (Window and Door Factory?) that is no longer in business. The window is large and tilts in. These were on the bottom of the window, that connect into the spring on the side rail. The part is about 2-3/4 in length and about 1.7cm in width. There would be 3 holes - 2 on the bottom and 1 on the side. The bottom broke in 2 and the sides screw mount also broke. This is a double hung window that tilts in from the bottom of the windows. Looking to purchase a few of these parts.

Thanks,

Dave

Your bottom sash pivot bar is no longer available. We suggest our 26-125 as a replacement. Even though it looks different, I believe it should still work the same way. Let me know what you think!
