Bought at Leeds Building Supply in Macon, GA in Jan 2002. Company closed. Windows were from a company in Texas.

It appears that you are in need of new pivot shoes. To further review, we will need to see the shoe removed from the channel to view the overall style. We will also need written out dimensions of the width and depth of the shoe. Thank you!

Based on the dimensions provided, please review the 15-046 as a possible replacement. The difference in height should not be an issue as long as the depth and width match up. Let me know if you have any additional questions!

Lauren, Thank you for responding back. I posted the written out measurements with exception of the internal area of the CAM. If the height is not an issue and the pivot bar will fit, I am hoping the 15-046 pivot shoe which you listed will work. I ordered one yesterday to see if it works. If the pivot bar fitting is an issue I am thinking I may be able to modify/ream inside of the cam to allow bar to fit. I appreciate your help and will let you know how the 15-406 fits when it arrives. If it fits that will be my solution for my other windows.

No problem Michael!

Based on the style of your original pivot bar, I do not think you should have an issue with it fitting into the new pivot shoe.
