I cracked the housing on my coil spring balance.
Attached are pics of tone of the food balances and the only. In era I can find on the window. These windows were installed by a contractor when the house was built in 2000.

We have a bunch of different coil balance housings and I'm confident one of them will work for you, but before I can suggest one, can you tell me how thick the springs themselves are? I'd also like to see a photo of the pivot shoe to which they attach.

With those pieces of information I can definitely recommend a cover that will work for these balances.

The spring is 3/8" wide. See attached pics. Thanks

Thanks for the photos! It looks like you need the 15-204 double coil support. It's compatible with the Series 165 coils and 15-111 pivot shoe. Let us know if you have any questions.

If just your housing is broken, you're certainly fine just getting the 15-204. If your other parts are damaged, then yes, you would need to order the coil, coil housing, and the pivot lock shoe for both sides of the window.

So I will need all three of those part numbers per side correct?
