Hello!
Your pivot shoe reminds me of our 15-215 and your pivot bar looks like a match for either our 26-398 or 26-405. As for the vent latch, see our 26-122. Review the dimensions for each of these parts and compare them to yours to see if any match what you need. Pricing can also be viewed on their respective product pages.
