Vinyl Windows Reel/coil balance replacement

Hello!

I have couple Vinyl Windows are not able to stay opened safely, upon researching on the internet, some of these coils are broken. I can't seem to find a replacement. Your product S140-6 seems to be the closing product I can try. Do you have the exact measurement? I wanted to see if they are the same size before I try them.
I was not able to find the model or factory from the window. There is a number "5R" on the coil tension, I guess that's for the weight it supports?
