Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review for a replacement, we will need to see additional pictures where we can see the full operator including the base. Thank you!

Thank you for the additional picture,

Please review the dimensions of the 39-031 and 39-032 or the 39-155 and 39-156 casement operators. The difference between these two styles is the length of the short link arm. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

A home owner from USA says:
Presume that a 39-032 is a right?

Thanks
A home owner from USA says:
Mounted on left side of window frame stamped in it is "RIGHT". Ordered 39-032 hope this is correct?

Thanks

The definition of "Left" and "Right" differ from window manufacturer to window manufacturer, customer to customer, and even employees here in this building. Some define it from the outside looking in, others define it from the inside looking out, some define it by what side of the frame they're on, and so on. There is no industry standard.

For this reason, my advice to you is to forget about what's "left" and what's "right." Your definition won't be the same as mine, or even the people who made your window. Instead, go by the design of the operator. What side are the gears on? What direction does the arm face? Details like that will tell you what you need to know better than anything else.
