Vinyl double hung - Broken sash support and latch

Hello, I am trying to find parts for a vinyl double hung window. I need 5 sets of the latches (left and right) and 3 of the pivot shoes. Pivot shoes are 1/2" thick and just under 2" long, hard to tell exact length with the broken part.
