Vinyl lower tilt in window replacement parts

A home owner from SC says:
We have 3 vinyl windows Apx 18 yr old. that will not stay open due to broken parts. Lower window tilts in for cleaning and removal and top window is fixed. Need information to replace the balance and sash. Lower window weighs between 13-19#. The metal channel that allows window to slide is 28" length and name labeled on window is NAMI. Can you tell me what replacement parts would replace the one I've sent you a photo of to still allow my windows to tilt in? If the tilt in parts are no longer available what other options do I have? The tilt in part has PAT 4610108 or 4810108. Unsure if the number is an 8 or 6.
The metal channel has 28C then BSI AP marked on it.

We should be able to supply this balance, but before I recommend anything I would like to see a picture of the top clip so that I can determine how yours installs in the window. Thanks!

Thanks! I thought that would be what I'd see. This balance has to be custom made. Specifically, it's our S795-28 but with the bottom shoe swapped out for our 15-194 and the top clip swapped out for our 15-198 hook. Does that look good to you?

Assuming it matches, I'll email you an order link for 6, since you indicated 3 windows. Let me know if you wanted to make any changes, though.
