Vinyl patio door dual lock

I need a replacement for this sliding patio door mortise lock. The lock has two hooks and a separate faceplate. The faceplate measures approximately 11¾ inches overall. The lock mechanism is approximately 10 inches long on the front and 9½ inches on the back because the rear is angled. The faceplate/lock is approximately ½ inch wide. Hook spacing is approximately 6 1/8 inches. I have the original lock completely removed and can provide additional measurements if needed. Please identify the exact replacement or the closest compatible replacement.
