Vinyl single hung tilt window

Home Owner from Tennessee

Good morning, please recommend repair parts for my windows. The windows are single hung, vinyl windows, bottom tilt, about 15 years old. The lock shoe (marked with patent #4610108) looks like your part number 15-195B and have the same dimensions.

The tilt channel is 9/16" wide, ½' deep and 32" long, stamped with "32B BS1". A single screw attaches the cord from the channel to the top of the window sash and to the coil spring inside the channel balance. I have attached photos.

Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your balance here looks like a match for our Series 795. Just note that our balance comes with a closed cam shoe, not the open cam 15-195B that you already picked out. The only difference between them is that the 15-195B has a hole on the back of the cam whereas the closed shoe is solid on the back, instead. I can't tell from your photo which type you have so you will need to make that judgement before you buy anything.

Thank you for your response. I have included photos of the T-lock balance shoe. The windows are single hung, vinyl windows, bottom tilt, about 15 years old. The t-lock balance shoe (marked with patent #4610108) looks like your part number 15-195B and have the same dimensions. Please let me know if this is the right part number (15-195B ) for the T-lock balance shoe and/or suggest the correct part number. I am planning on ordering some extra T-lock balance shoes. I understand that the balance (series 795) comes with a T_lock installed.

and I plan on ordering several pairs of those and a several spare T-lock balance shoes.

Your shoe appears to have a hole on the back of the cam, so 15-195B is the part you want, yes. These are sold separately from the S795-32 but you can swap the shoes out fairly easily. The video below will show you how.
