Vinyl single hung window parts

Question

The parts in the photo show a spring that is 9 3/4 inches long and looks like 1/2 in diameter, the blue object was in the track of the window and looks like the spring use to be fastened to it but appears to be broken. Looks like the grey tube gets inserted into the white piece and white piece attaches to top of track.....all of this was in a big mess in the track on both sides hoping you can point me in right direction to replace all parts.....

What you show in your picture is the remains of a block and tackle balance that is no longer being made. We recommend converting to our S795 channel balance in situations like yours.
