Vinyl tilt window w/ spiral balance broken pivot shoe

Question

I'm looking to replace a broken piece that I attached a picture of. I believe it is referred to as a pivot shoe. Please let me know if you supply the replacement part?

Hi there and thanks for contacting SWISCO. That looks an awful lot like our 15-046, but if you want to be 100% sure the best thing to do is to remove the pivot shoe and compare the width and thickness to the 15-046 dimensions, and that way you'll know for sure. I have included a video showing how the removal of the pivot shoe works.
