Vinyl tilt windows sash balance

Question

Is there any way you supply these balances and shoes? They are probably from 2004 and maybe Pella Windows. They are all pretty much going bad due to the plastic shoe being brittle and breaking there are nine Windows total with four balances a piece

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I recommend the S795-26 with the 26B stamp option. The default shoe that comes with this balance is the 1-1/4" wide 15-195 so you'll want to ensure the old one is the same size. Please note that the Series 795 is designed to install at the top of the window track with a screw. If your balances use a hook instead, please let us know!

If you'd like to reuse the old balances and just want new shoes, see the 15-236. However, keep in mind that this shoe is not compatible with our S795 balances.
