Vinyl vertical single hung sliding window balance

I need to replace a window balance with markings of 25 4 GW CMC 7. The builder had listed Phillips Products as the maker.
Please help to choose the correct replacement.

I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have based on this information alone. I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.
