Your pivot shoe with the broken cam resembles the 15-178 or 15-188 at first glance, depending on how the width and thickness compare to the measurements below. Unforutnately, the metal cam is not available separately.

I also noticed that your window uses two different pivot shoes. I suspect that the white shoe with a closed cam may be the original. This shoe is discontinued, so it's possible that a repair person might have adapted a pivot shoe they had on hand to repair the window. If that is the case, the 15-046 that is often recommended for this type of discontinued shoe may be a better option, depending on your measurements.

As for the tilt latches, we do not carry one that matches the length you provided but I suspect you may need the 2-5/8" long 26-243 and 26-244. Review the specifications to confirm if these would work for your application. Thanks for posting!

The overall height of the pivot shoe won't be an issue as long as the width and thickness match. Unforutnately, we do not carry tilt locks like yours with a smaller locking tab. If you decide to give our latches a try and run into any issues, our return policy can be found here.
