Vinyl window (GWWD) channel balance

A quick learner from San Diego says:
The string that runs through the pulleys and attaches to the spring broke.

Only numbers are 27-4 GI5 CMC 50. The length of the metal (not counting the plastic) is 28". The width, as your website indicates, is 9/16". Were I to guess I'd think it is the 28" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE (S385-28) with stamp 2740. OTOH, why not ask you folks to tell me what is best! Thanks.

Hello! I agree, our S385-28 looks like a great match. Same for the 2740 option. As long as that bottom shoe of yours has the same 1-3/32" depth then I think you're good to go.
