There is a number, 640, stamped on the spring just below the screw. I did not find any numbers on the lock mechanism. I can get a weight on the sash if that helps. Thank you, Ed

Thanks for posting. This looks like an older version of the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. For a spring stamped '640' you can use the S190-640 6 pound spring. Let us know if you have further questions.
