Vinyl window balancer

Question

I have a client with vinyl / wood windows that has a broken shoe on 2 windows and a missing spring on one. The spring was removed by a previous handyman. I cannot locate the shoes. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The friction shoe reminds me of our 15-104. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with your old part.

Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement or alternative for the spring assembly. Your best bet would be to consult a local mill work if this is a wood window. If it's vinyl, you'd have to contact the original manufacturer. I am very sorry that we can't be of more help.
