I need a balancer for a vinyl window, manf. unknown.

Length is 36 3/4, 1/2 deep, 1/2 wide. Markings, 36C BSI re

Hey, Bruce. I'm afraid I cannot determine what you have based on this information. I will need you to remove the balance from the window and take pictures of it. Specifically, I need to see the top and bottom ends and the markings. Thanks!

Ah, I recognize this balance. It will have to be custom made. Can you just confirm the width of the shoe? I believe it is 1-1/4". Assuming I'm right, I'm going to email you a custom order link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our website. Please let us know if you have any questions!

For reference, we will be using our S795-23 channel balance with a 15-198 clip attached to the top. You may want to look over this hardware before you make your decision.
