Let's start with the pivot shoe and keeper, since I'm most confident about them. See our 90-307 keeper and 15-180 pivot shoe. These look most similar to your parts and I think they're good options to consider, but you should review our dimensions to be 100% sure. You can likely reuse your old coil springs, but let me know if you can't and we can cover those, too.

We don't have an exact match for the pivot bar but I believe that our 26-378 is a potential match. Review its dimensions, especially the hole spacing, and see what you think.
