Vinyl window parts

Question

I'm purchasing a condo and one of the windows is not working correctly - basically it doesn't stay up. I can see the balances are not working as they should. Can you let me know what parts I need to purchase?

Thanks for posting. This looks like an S795-28 balance with either the 15-195 or 15-195B shoe attached. This blog article here should tell you all you need to know about these balances.
