Hi I have a few vinyl windows that need new parts. I sent pictures of the parts in and the parts taken out. Can you help me. Thanks Jim

Is the spring diameter 1/2"? If it is, you can follow along with the video below. It will go over all the details regarding the replacement process.

Hi Emily I am not sure about the diameter of the rod. It is about the size of a pencil. I hope this helps. I watched the video and I loved the results. Thanks Jim

Hmm, I'm afraid that doesn't help. Could you show us a photo of a tape measure against the spring?

Thank you! This spring looks to be 1/2" to me. That means you can use the Series 795 as described in the video below.
