Thanks for the photo. Your pivot shoe looks like it could be the 17/32" Thick 15-015, 1/2" Thick 15-046, or the 5/8" Thick 15-047. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to remove your shoe from the window channel and carefully double check the dimensions. The most important dimension you'll want to confirm is the thickness of the shoe.
