The only markings are 75 and on this one there is a B. This is the left. Looks like the tip could be directional.

You may be looking for a tilt latch like our 2-5/8" long 26-419 and 26-420 or 26-243 and 26-244 but you'll need to compare the style and dimensions on both product pages to an undamaged latch to see which latch pair could work for you. Thank you!
